F.A.Q.

Data Recovery | Backup Solutions | Service Contracts

You have a few payment options available. Which one is the best?
If you pay for your service contract in full, you will save at least 20% of total program cost. If you pre-pay for first 6 months, you will save about 10% of total program cost. Remember that when you request a quote.

When will my new prepaid service contract become effective?
The waiting period before your new prepaid service contract become effective is 30 days. For example, if you buy a new 1-year service contract on April 25th, 2007, it will cover a corresponding number of incidents from May 26th, 2007 to May 25th, 2008. There is no waiting period for renewals and service contracts to cover any network backup equipment purchased from us if the warranty is about to expire.

I have purchased a prepaid service contract when my company had only 2 servers and 12 workstations. We have expanded our business and now we operate 6 servers and 74 workstations. Do I need to cancel my old contract and buy a new one?
We are so happy to know your business grows! You don't have to cancel your old contract. Just call our sales department at (440) 725-0642 and we will gladly adjust your contract's terms. You will only have to pay the difference between the new and old contract's cost for the time remaining.

Will you pay for a third-party service if you cannot recover my data?
In some rare cases we may be unable to recover your data. Because our prepaid service program is not insurance, our total liability is limited to the amount of premiums paid by you, which means we will only cover any expenses less or equal to this amount. If we are unable to recover your data, you will have the right to cancel your service contract and get a refund.
