How much will
it cost?
The cost of data recovery service vary depending on what type of
hardware or media needs recovery. Currently, our average cost of
data recovery for laptop or desktop hard drives is between $450 and
$900 depending on a failure type (logical or hardware). For advanced
RAID systems, data recovery cost vary between $4500 and $9000. It's
easy to request a quote from us.
How fast will
you recover my data?
We will make every effort to complete your order in a shortest time
possible. We will start free initial diagnostics in one hour after
your hardware or media is received. Usually it takes up to 48 hours
to determine how much data can be recovered, how long will it take
and how much will it cost to you. The average turnaround time for
data recovery process is between 48 and 96 hours (standard
processing time).
How will you
return the recovered data to me?
You may specify the desired media type for your recovered data at
the time you send your failed media or hardware along with the
work order form to us. Usually we recommend to
choose CDs if expected data amount is up to 2Gb, DVDs if it's up to
20Gb or hard disk if it's more than 20Gb.
What file
systems and operating systems can you access?
We can access virtually any file system or operating system because
we work with your media on a physical level.
How much data
can be recovered?
Usually we can recover up to 100% of the data from any media, unless
your media is physically damaged.
What can I do
by myself to recover data from failed hardware?
Unfortunately, nothing. Any attempt to recover data performed by
anyone but qualified engineer will most likely result in a permanent
media damage and make it completely unrecoverable. Just
start a new data recovery case with us, and
we will take care of everything! |
